The Pax Quartet

Formed in September 2024 at the Royal College of Music, the Pax Quartet gave its inaugural performance as part of the RCM Chamber Tuesdays programme with Webern’s Langsamer Satz. Comprising of violinists Alice Younger and Lily An, violist Carlotta Vitaloni, and cellist Hailey Wong, the quartet is highly dedicated to chamber music and has received coaching from Yuri Zhislin and members of the Piatti and Marmen Quartets, alongside collaborating with composition students at the RCM. Having worked on a wide-ranging repertoire across the year, from earlier classical works to Gershwin pieces arranged for string quartet, the group is very much looking forward to performing in the lunchtime recital series at St Dunstan-in-the-West in London's Fleet Street. They are delighted to be the quartet in residence at The Eastbourne International Singing Competition 2025.
